How to make Spicy Paneer Chaat

Frying Paneer

  1. Fry paneer cubes until golden brown.

Preparing Tomato Masala

  1. Add oil to a pan and heat it.

  2. Add jeera, chopped tomatoes, and chopped green chillies.

  3. Add salt and chaat masala, then cook until the tomatoes are soft, about 2 to 5 minutes.

Assembling the Chaat

  1. Take a serving plate and spread the cooked tomato masala.

  2. Add the fried paneer cubes on top.

  3. Drizzle with mithi tomato chutney and sprinkle sev namkeen.

  4. Add chopped onion and coriander leaves if desired.
