    salt

Tomato Masala

  • 2tbsp
    oil
  • 1tsp
    cumin seeds
  • 1
    green chilli, chopped

    tomato, chopped
  • 1/2tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1/2tsp
    garam masala
  • 1/2tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2tsp
    salt
  • 1/4cup
    water
  • 2tbsp
    coriander, chopped

    chutney
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2cup
    namkeen or chips

How to make Paneer Chaat

Paneer Preparation

  1. Sprinkle salt on the paneer and fry it until golden brown. Set aside.

Tomato Masala

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

  2. Add chopped green chilli and tomato. Stir well.

  3. Add ginger powder, garam masala, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

  4. Pour in water and add chopped coriander. Let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Assembly

  1. On a plate, start with the prepared tomato masala.

  2. Place the fried paneer on top.

  3. Add your favorite chutney, chopped onion, coriander, and namkeen or chips.
