How to make Mince Mutton Samosa or Potli

Prepare Filling

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

  2. Add chopped onion and green chili, sauté until onions are translucent.

  3. Add mutton mince and cook until it releases its own water.

  4. Add peas, capsicum, chopped coriander, ginger powder, salt, chaat masala, and coriander powder.

  5. Add water and let it cook until the mixture is dry and well-cooked.

Assemble and Fry

  1. Fill the samosa pastry sheets with the prepared mutton mixture.

  2. Shape the filled pastry into samosas or potlis.

  3. Fry the samosas in hot oil until golden brown.
