How to make Easy Breezy Mutton Kofta

Prepare the Spice Mix

  1. Fry chana dal, red chillies, onion, cumin, black pepper, green and black cardamom, ginger garlic paste, nutmeg, and coconut.

  2. Grind the fried spices and coconut into a fine paste.

Prepare the Kofta

  1. Grind the minced mutton.

  3. Form the mixture into small balls.

  4. Fry the kofta balls until golden brown.
