    carom seeds

  • 1cup
    rice flour
  • 1cup
    water
  • 2cup
    vermicelli

How to make Crispy and Soft Cutlet

Prepare the Cutlet Mixture

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, mashed paneer, chopped green chilli, salt, chopped onion, cumin seeds, and carom seeds until well combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into small cutlets and set aside.

Prepare the Batter and Coat

  1. In another bowl, mix rice flour with water to make a thin batter.

  2. Dip each cutlet into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.

  3. Roll the batter-coated cutlet in vermicelli until evenly covered.
