    gram flour (besan)
  • 1/2tsp
    salt
  • 1/2tsp
    red chilli powder

    turmeric powder
  • 1cup
    water

How to make Bread Pakora Inspired from Bread Potato Bites

Prepare Potato Filling

  1. In a bowl, combine boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, and chopped coriander.

  2. Mix the ingredients well to form a uniform mixture.

Prepare Gram Flour Batter

  1. In another bowl, mix gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder.

  2. Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring continuously to form a smooth batter.

Assemble and Cook

  1. Spread the potato filling evenly on each slice of bread.

  2. Cut each slice of bread with filling into half.

  3. Dip each piece into the gram flour batter, ensuring it is coated well.

  4. Deep fry the coated bread pieces in hot oil until golden brown.

  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
