A refreshing and healthy salad made with roasted makhana, yogurt, and pomegranate seeds.
Ingredients
2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 bowl)
- 1cuproasted makhana
- 1/2cupcurd
- 1/2cuppomegranate seeds
- 1pinchcumin powder
- 1pinchblack pepper
- 1pinchred chili powder
- 1pinchrock salt
- 1piecechopped green coriander
How to make Makhana and Yogurt Salad
Heat a pan and add half a teaspoon of ghee. Add makhana and roast it well.
Take out the curd in a bowl and beat it well.
Add pomegranate seeds, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, black pepper, red chili powder, and rock salt to the curd. Mix well.
Add roasted makhana to the mixture and mix well once again.
Serve the salad immediately so that the makhanas do not get soggy.
