A refreshing and healthy salad made with roasted makhana, yogurt, and pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients

(1 serving = 1 bowl)
  • 1cup
    roasted makhana
  • 1/2cup
    curd
  • 1/2cup
    pomegranate seeds
  • 1pinch
    cumin powder
  • 1pinch
    black pepper
  • 1pinch
    red chili powder
  • 1pinch
    rock salt
  • 1piece
    chopped green coriander

How to make Makhana and Yogurt Salad

  1. Heat a pan and add half a teaspoon of ghee. Add makhana and roast it well.

  2. Take out the curd in a bowl and beat it well.

  3. Add pomegranate seeds, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, black pepper, red chili powder, and rock salt to the curd. Mix well.

  4. Add roasted makhana to the mixture and mix well once again.

  5. Serve the salad immediately so that the makhanas do not get soggy.
