A delicious and flavorful dish combining tender chicken fillets with buttery, herbed noodles.
Ingredients
Prepare Chicken
- 2pieceChicken fillets
- 1/2tspRed chilli, crushed
- 1/2tspBlack pepper powder
- 1/2tspHimalayan pink salt
- 1tbspLemon juice
- 1tspCooking oil
- 20gSalted butter
- 1tbspGarlic, chopped
- 1/2tbspAll-purpose flour
- 1/4cupChicken stock
- 1tspFresh coriander, chopped
Prepare Butter Noodles
- 1tspCooking oil
- 60gSalted butter
- 2tbspGarlic, chopped
- 1/2cupChicken stock
- 1/2tspBlack pepper powder
- 1tspRed chilli, crushed
- 1tspDried parsley
- 1/2tspHimalayan pink salt
- 1/2tspDried oregano
- 200gSpaghetti, boiled
- 1handful Fresh coriander, chopped
- 1tbspGarlic, fried
How to make Butter Chicken with Butter Noodles
Prepare Chicken
Pound the chicken fillet from one side with the help of a meat mallet.
In a bowl, add crushed red chilli, black pepper powder, pink salt, lemon juice, and mix well.
Add the chicken fillet, coat well, cover, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
In a frying pan, add cooking oil and butter, and let it melt.
Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add marinated fillets and sprinkle all-purpose flour on both sides.
Add chicken stock, cover, and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes. Then cook on medium flame from both sides until it dries up.
Sprinkle fresh coriander, then cut into slices and set aside.
Prepare Butter Noodles
In a frying pan, add cooking oil and butter, and let it melt.
Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add chicken stock, black pepper powder, crushed red chilli, dried parsley, pink salt, dried oregano, mix well and cook for a minute.
Add boiled spaghetti, fresh coriander, and toss well.
Sprinkle fried garlic, fresh coriander, and serve!
