Delicious and flavorful beef kababs served with a rich and creamy gravy.

Ingredients

Prepare Kababs

  • 600g
    Boneless beef cubes (lean)

Prepare Gravy

    Lemon juice

    Fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 55g

    Tomato (deseeded & diced)
  • 1piece
    Onion (diced)

    Capsicum (diced)
  • 1dash

Method

Prepare Kababs

  1. In a chopper, add beef, gram flour, fried onion, green chillies, pink salt, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic, fresh coriander, and butter. Chop until well combined.

  2. With greased hands, take a small quantity of the mixture (45g), make kababs of equal sizes, and insert a wooden skewer to make a hole. This makes 15-16 kababs.

  1. In the same wok, add butter and let it melt.

  6. In a bowl, add yogurt, cream, red chilli powder, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli, pink salt, lemon juice, and whisk well.

  7. Add spiced yogurt to the wok and mix well.
