- 1/2cupcrushed walnuts

- 1/2cupbutter
- 8ozcream cheese
- 1tsppure vanilla extract
- 2cupicing sugar
How to make Easy Carrot Cake
Cake Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, and pure vanilla extract. Stir well.
Add milk and oil to the mixture and stir.
Stir in the grated carrots.
Add the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
Fold in the crushed walnuts.
Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool completely.
Frosting Preparation
In a bowl, mix butter, cream cheese, and pure vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add icing sugar and mix until the frosting is creamy.
