If you’re a chocolate and peanut butter lover, you have got to make these healthier pumpkin Reese’s cups!!! They’re absolute perfection and have great macros.

For Filling
- 1/4cup• natural nut butter
- 2/3cup• pumpkin purée
- 2/3cup• vanilla protein powder
- 1tsp• cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- •A few drops stevia (optional if you want sweetness closer to a Reese’s )
Outer layers
- 1/2cup• sugar and dairy free chocolate chips
- 1/2tbsp• coconut oil

Initial Cup
•Melt 1/2 the chocolate and coconut oil and drizzle into silicone muffin cups, moving chocolate to go up the sides. Refrigerate or freeze until solid.
Filling
•Mix all your ingredients in a bowl except chocolate chips, coconut oil and salt.
•Add about a tbsp of your mix into the chocolate cups and flatten.
Finishing
•Cover with remaining chocolate and refrigerate to harden.
•Top with some sea salt if desired and enjoy!
