Spicy Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- 30mLolive oil
- 100gwhite onion
- 50ggarlic, peeled
- 2gchili powder
- 5gpaprika
- 3gcumin
- 2gcoriander
- 5goregano
- 500gminced beef
- 60gtomato paste
- 250mLbeef or chicken stock
- 200gcheddar cheese
- 300gtomato salsa
- 200giceberg lettuce
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Spicy Beef Tacos
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped white onion and cook until translucent.
Add the peeled garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in the chili powder, paprika, cumin, coriander, and oregano.
Add the minced beef and cook until browned.
Mix in the tomato paste and cook for a few minutes.
Pour in the beef or chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
