Hi! My name is Tate and I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I was always "the fat kid" growing up. On my 37th Birthday in August, I was diagnosed with pre diabetes and high blood pressure. It was the wake up call I needed. I've since lost over 100lbs! I'm excited to share my experiences with others in hope to motivate others to realize the life-changing transformation I have seen over the last year!
