A delicious and refreshing coffee smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or a mid-day pick-me-up.

Ingredients

1 Servings
(1 serving = 1 smoothie)
  • 1cup
    strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2cup
    milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2tsp
    vanilla extract
  • piece
    ice cubes (optional)

How to make Coffee Smoothie

  1. Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool.

  2. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Add ice cubes if you want a thicker, colder smoothie.

  5. Blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is the desired consistency.

  1. For a richer flavor, use espresso instead of regular coffee.
