A delicious and hearty omelette made with potatoes, eggs, and cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 omelette)
  • 1piece
    Potato
  • 3piece
    Eggs
  • 1/2piece
    Onion
  • 1piece
    Green chili
  • 1/2piece
    Tomato
  • 2tbsp
    Cooking oil
  • 1tbsp
    Red chili
  • Salt
  • Green onion

Method

  1. Add oil in a frying pan and fry potato slices from both sides.

  2. In a bowl, add onion, tomato, green chili, green onion, and eggs and beat well.

  3. Add salt and red chili and mix well.

  4. Pour egg mixture on fried potato and let it cook for 5 minutes, then flip the egg.

  5. Cover and let it cook until done. Add cheese and cover it. Leave for a few minutes.

  6. Potato Omelette with Cheese is ready to eat.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the potatoes are cooked through before adding the egg mixture.

  2. Use a non-stick pan to prevent the omelette from sticking.
