A delicious and nutritious baked egg dish with vegetables and cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

6 Servings
(1 serving = 1 portion)
  • 1piece
    onion
  • 1piece
    tomato
  • 8piece
    spinach leaves
  • 1bundle
    green onion
  • 1piece
    green chili
  • 1piece
    olive
  • 6piece
    eggs
  • 1tbsp
    red chili powder
  • 1dash
    salt
  • 1dash
    black pepper
  • 6piece
    cheddar cheese slices

Method

  1. Chop the onion, tomato, spinach, green onion, and green chilies and place them in a bowl.

  2. Add chopped olives along with the eggs and mix well.

  3. Add red chili powder, salt, and black pepper and mix well.

  4. Take a baking tray and grease it with a few drops of oil.

  5. Pour the mixture into the tray compartments and put cheese and a few olives on top.

  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

  7. Bake the eggs in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

  8. The delicious baked eggs are now ready to eat.

Tips & Tricks

  1. You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.

  2. Serve with a side of toast or fresh fruit for a complete meal.
