Jacinta was born and raised in the Eastern part of Nigeria (Anambra state) into a family of five, graduated from Yaba college of Technology Yaba Lagos as Food Technologist and did her Catering school at Regina pacis secondary and catering school too. I was born into an environment where love and respect for food and healthy produce was one of the pillars of my family education, I spent a lot of time in kitchen with my Mum, Aunties and Grandma which developed my passion in cooking and management.
