A delicious and savory dish of potatoes stuffed with spiced minced chicken and topped with cheese and olives.


4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 stuffed potato)

For Qeema

  • 250g
    minced chicken
  • 1piece
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 1tbsp
    ginger paste
  • 1tbsp
    garlic paste
  • 1tbsp
    green chili paste
  • 1tsp
    red chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves, chopped
  • mint leaves, chopped

For Potato Stuffing

  • 5piece
    large potatoes
  • 2tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • mozzarella cheese
  • green onions, chopped
  • 1piece
    tomato, thinly sliced
  • 5piece
  • black pepper to taste


Preparing Qeema

  1. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add thinly sliced onion and cook until brown.

  2. Add minced chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, and green chili paste. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

  3. Add red chili powder and cook until the chicken is well done.

  4. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves. Fry for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Preparing Stuffed Potatoes

  1. Half boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Slice the tops off the potatoes and scoop out the flesh, leaving the skin intact.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

  4. Fill the potatoes with salt, butter, minced chicken, green onions, and tomatoes.

  5. Add cheese on top, garnish with olives and black pepper, and bake for 20 minutes.

  6. Qeema stuffed potatoes are ready to serve.

Tips & Tricks

  1. You can use any type of cheese you prefer.

  2. Adjust the level of spices according to your taste.
